Year 11 Careers Programme
At our school, all Year 11 pupils benefit from a well-sequenced Careers programme that follows the Barclays Skills for Life framework and is closely linked to the Skillsbuilder essential skills model. This programme helps students develop the key skills needed for success in life and the workplace, building confidence and readiness for their next steps.
In addition, every Year 11 student has access to a dedicated Careers Advisor, who provides one-to-one support with CV writing, Post-16 applications, and interview preparation.
