Five Year Delivery Plan

In April 2019, The Skylark Partnership MAT Board published the Trust’s Five year delivery plan, which outlines the 5 year business objectives and growth ambitions for the Trust.

This plan is our guide for the way in which the Trust will grow and develop, based on the ambitions of the founding medical APs of the Trust when they set up The Skylark Partnership MAT.

Annually, Trustees use the 5 year strategic plan to develop an annual delivery plan.
